The first step is making sure IIB is the right fit for you and your practice.
Complete a brief online questionnaire and schedule an introductory Zoom or phone call with our team. We'll learn more about your experience and business, answer your questions, and can share how IIB supports independent investment bankers and M&A professionals.

Choosing a broker-dealer is an important decision. We're happy to have additional conversations and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about whether IIB is the right long-term partner for your business.
Review Your Proposal & Complete Onboarding
If we mutually determine that IIB is a good fit, we'll provide a customized economic proposal outlining your payout structure and applicable costs.
Once you accept the proposal, we'll send your registration kit and onboarding invoice through the IIB Candidate Portal. The entire registration package can be completed securely online, making the onboarding process simple and efficient.
Registration
Once your registration package is complete and the onboarding requirements have been satisfied, our team handles the registration process.
We'll provide your Form U4 for review and any necessary updates. After you approve it, IIB will submit the filing through FINRA's Central Registration Depository (CRD) and complete the applicable registration process with the firm.
